I can't connect to a machine.
Check both machines are online, the ID is typed correctly, and no firewall is blocking outbound TCP.
How do I set an unattended password?
Open DeskMote, go to Settings, and set a password under "Unattended access".
How is my password protected?
Passwords never leave your machine. The viewer proves knowledge via HMAC-SHA256 against a random nonce.
