Privacy policy

DeskMote stores only what we need to route connections.

What we store

• Your 9-digit DeskMote ID and the last IP/port you heartbeated from.
• Email and display name if you create an account.
• Session log entries (host ID, viewer IP, start/end timestamps, bytes transferred).

What we don't store

• Screen contents, keystrokes, clipboard text, chat messages, or file transfers.
• Your password — we only see an HMAC proof of it during auth.
